1. Introduction

The RENPHO Eyeris 1 Eye Massager is designed to provide a relaxing and soothing experience for your eyes. It combines comfortable heating, oscillating pressure, and rhythmic percussion massaging to help reduce eye strain and enhance sleep quality.

2. Safety Information

  • This product is not suitable for individuals who have undergone eye operations, have retina conditions, cataracts, glaucoma, or similar eye conditions.
  • The device produces normal operating noise below 45dB during use.
  • If compression feels too strong, adjust to a lower compression setting.
  • Ensure you are not allergic to protein leather before use.
  • Always use a 5V/1A adapter (not a PD adapter) to charge the device.

3. Setup

3.1 Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Carefully remove the eye massager and its accessories from the packaging. Inspect all components for any signs of damage.

3.2 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the eye massager. Connect the provided charging cable to the device's charging port and plug it into a 5V/1A power adapter. The indicator light will show charging status.

3.3 Adjusting the Headband

Place the eye massager over your eyes. Adjust the elastic headband to ensure a snug yet comfortable fit. The headband is adjustable to accommodate various head sizes.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off and Mode Selection

The device features intuitive touch controls on the side.

  • Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button (⏻) to turn the device on or off.
  • Mode Change: Briefly press the power button (⏻) to cycle through the 5 built-in modes:
    1. Compression + Heat
    2. Compression Only
    3. Compression + Heat + Continuous Vibration
    4. Intermittent Vibration Only
    5. Heat Only

4.2 Compression and Volume Control

  • Compression Adjustment: Press and hold the compression button (⌖) to switch between Voice Mode and Silent Mode. Briefly press the compression button to adjust compression intensity: Soft, Strong, or No Pressure.
  • Volume Control: Press and hold the music button (♬) to skip to the next track. Briefly press the music button to adjust the volume (Volume + / -).

4.3 Bluetooth Music Playback

The RENPHO Eyeris 1 allows you to connect your smartphone via Bluetooth to stream your own music during your massage session.

4.4 Silent Mode

For a disturbance-free experience, activate the Silent Mode. This will turn off voice prompts and music.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

The interior material of the eye massager is made of soft, skin-friendly PU leather, which is easy to clean. If makeup or other substances get on the surface, gently wipe it off with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

5.2 Storage

Thanks to its 180° foldable design, the eye massager can be easily folded into a compact size for convenient storage. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
