Setup and Installation
Proper installation is crucial for the optimal performance and safety of your bidet seat. Ensure you have all included components before beginning. This bidet seat is designed for elongated toilets.
Included Components:
- SpaLet® seat unit (with heated seat, seat lid and power cord)
- Mounting plate
- Manual set
- Mounting bolts, washers, and bushings (2 pieces each)
- Junction fitting (with a packing)
- SpaLet seat unit water supply hose (with 2 clips)
- Remote control
- Holder
- Batteries
- Wood screw
- Plastic anchors
Installation Steps:
- Prepare the Toilet: Turn off the water supply to your toilet and flush to empty the tank. Disconnect the existing water supply hose from the toilet tank.
- Install Junction Fitting: Connect the provided T-shaped junction fitting to the toilet tank's water inlet.
- Connect Bidet Water Supply: Attach the SpaLet seat unit water supply hose to the junction fitting and to the bidet seat's water inlet. Secure with clips.
- Mount the Seat: Insert the mounting bushings into the toilet's seat mounting holes. Place the mounting plate over the bushings and secure it with the mounting bolts.
- Attach Bidet Seat: Slide the SpaLet seat unit onto the mounted plate until it clicks securely into place.
- Electrical Connection: Plug the bidet seat's power cord into a designated AC power outlet (GFCI outlet required).
- Restore Water Supply: Turn on the water supply to the toilet. Check for any leaks.
- Mount Remote Control: Install the remote control holder to the wall using appropriate method (wood screw/plastic anchors). Align the remote control to the holder and push downward to mount.

Operating Instructions
The SpaLet Bidet Seat features an intuitive remote control for easy operation of its various functions.
Remote Control Functions:
- Power On/Off: Use the power button to activate or deactivate the unit.
- Cleansing (Wide/Narrow): Activates the rear wash function. Adjust spray width as desired.
- Bidet (Narrow/Wide): Activates the front wash function, specifically designed for feminine hygiene. Adjust spray width as desired.
- Spray Strength: Adjust the water pressure from gentle to invigorating using the '+' and '-' buttons.
- Nozzle Position: Adjust the nozzle's forward or backward position to personalize your cleansing experience.
- Heated Seat: Select from five adjustable temperature levels for the seat.
- Warm Water Spray: Adjust the water temperature for cleansing to your preference.
- Warm Air Dryer: Reduces the need for toilet paper with three adjustable temperature settings.
- Deodorizer: Activates to help neutralize odors.
- Mild: Provides a softer spray option.
- Massage: Offers a pulsating spray for a massaging effect.
- Nozzle Cleaning: Initiates an automatic cleaning cycle for the nozzles.
- ECO Mode: Activates a power-saving mode that turns off heating functions for 8 hours.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures hygiene and extends the life of your SpaLet Bidet Seat.
Cleaning the Nozzles:
- Press the 'Nozzle Cleaning' button on the remote control to extend the nozzles for manual cleaning.
- Gently wipe the nozzles with a soft cloth or brush and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.
- Press the 'Stop' button to retract the nozzles.
Cleaning the Seat Unit:
- The bidet seat can be easily detached for thorough cleaning of hard-to-reach areas. Locate the release button on the side of the seat and press it to slide the seat forward and off the mounting plate.
- Clean the seat and toilet surfaces with a mild detergent and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Ensure the seat is completely dry before reattaching it to the mounting plate.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your SpaLet Bidet Seat, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- No Power: Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working GFCI outlet. Ensure the power button on the remote is pressed.
- No Water Spray: Verify that the toilet's water supply valve is fully open. Check if the water supply hose is properly connected and not kinked.
- Weak Spray: Adjust the 'Spray Strength' setting on the remote control. Ensure water pressure to the toilet is adequate.
- Nozzle Not Extending: Ensure you are seated on the bidet seat, as a sensor prevents operation when not in use.
- Heated Seat/Water Not Working: Check the temperature settings on the remote. Ensure the unit is not in ECO mode.
