5. Setup

  1. Charge the Device: Connect the UL Certificated Power Adapter to the control unit and a power outlet. The charging indicator will illuminate. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.
  2. Connect Handpiece: Plug the handpiece cable securely into the 'OUTPUT' port on the control unit.
  3. Insert/Remove Drill Bit:
    • Turn the center barrel of the handpiece to the 'R' (Release) position.
    • Insert the desired 3/32 inch shank nail drill bit into the chuck.
    • Turn the center barrel back to the 'S' (Secure) position to lock the bit in place. Ensure the bit is firmly secured before operation.

6. Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Turn the power knob on the control unit clockwise to power on the device. The 'POWER' indicator will light up.
  2. Adjust Speed: Rotate the power knob clockwise to increase the speed (up to 30,000 RPM) and counter-clockwise to decrease it. Start with a low speed and gradually increase as needed for your task.
  3. Select Rotation Direction: Use the F/R (Forward/Reverse) button to change the rotation direction of the drill bit. Press once for forward, press again for reverse. This feature accommodates both right-handed and left-handed users.
  4. Begin Operation: Gently apply the rotating drill bit to the nail surface. Avoid excessive pressure to prevent damage to the nail or the device.
  5. Power Off: Turn the power knob counter-clockwise until it clicks off.
