Setup and Installation
This section guides you through the process of securely mounting your TV or monitor. It is recommended to have assistance during installation.
1. Check Compatibility
Before starting, ensure your TV or monitor meets the following criteria:
- Screen Size: Between 13 and 42 inches.
- Weight: Up to 44 lbs (20 kg).
- VESA Pattern: Compatible with 75x75mm, 100x100mm, 100x200mm, 200x100mm, and 200x200mm.
2. Choose Your Wall Type
This mount is designed for installation on:
- Single Wood Stud
- Solid Concrete Wall
- Brick Wall
3. Installation Steps (Single-Stud Example)
The following steps outline a typical single-stud installation. Refer to the included instruction manual for detailed steps for all wall types.
- Step 1: Mount Wall Plate. Position the wall plate on your chosen wall location, ensuring it is level and aligned with a wood stud. Mark and drill pilot holes, then secure the wall plate using the appropriate lag screws.
- Step 2: Attach TV Brackets. Secure the TV brackets to the back of your TV or monitor using the correct screws and spacers from the hardware kit, matching your display's VESA pattern.
- Step 3: Hang TV. Carefully lift the TV with the attached brackets and hook them onto the wall plate assembly. Ensure the TV is securely seated and locked into place.

Operating Instructions
Your Pipishell Full Motion TV Mount offers various adjustments for optimal viewing angles.
- Tilt Adjustment: The mount allows for a tilt range of +9° (upward) to -11° (downward) to reduce glare and achieve a comfortable viewing angle. Loosen the tilt bolts, adjust to the desired angle, and then re-tighten securely.
- Swivel Adjustment: Swivel your display up to 90° left or right, depending on your screen size, to direct the screen towards your seating position. Gently push or pull the display to the desired angle.
- Extension and Retraction: Extend the TV up to 14.59 inches from the wall for closer viewing or retract it back to 2.7 inches to save space when not in use.
- Rotation: Rotate the screen 360° to switch between landscape and portrait orientation. This feature is particularly useful for computer monitors.

Figure 6: Demonstrates the 360-degree rotation feature for changing screen orientation and the ±90-degree swivel capability for flexible viewing angles.

Figure 7: Illustrates the tilt function (+9°/-11°) to reduce glare and the extension/retraction feature (extends 14.59", retracts 2.7") for space-saving.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your TV mount.
- Cleaning: Wipe the mount with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
- Check Connections: Periodically (e.g., every 6 months) check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight and secure. Over time, vibrations or adjustments can cause fasteners to loosen.
- Lubrication: If the articulating arm or swivel points become stiff, a small amount of silicone-based lubricant can be applied to the moving parts.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your Pipishell TV mount, refer to the common problems and solutions below.
- Mount feels wobbly after installation:
- Ensure the mount is installed into a solid structural support (wood stud, concrete, or brick), not just drywall.
- Verify all lag screws securing the wall plate to the wall are fully tightened.
- Check that the TV brackets are securely attached to the TV and properly hooked onto the wall plate.
- Difficulty adjusting tilt or swivel:
- For tilt adjustment, ensure the tilt bolts on the TV plate are loosened before attempting to adjust, and re-tighten them afterward.
- For swivel, ensure no cables are snagged or restricting movement.
- If movement is stiff, apply a small amount of silicone lubricant to the pivot points.
- TV is not level:
- Check the level of the wall plate during installation. Minor adjustments can often be made by slightly loosening and re-tightening the screws on the TV brackets where they attach to the mount.
- Missing parts:
- Refer to the "Package Contents" section and contact Pipishell customer service immediately for replacement parts.
