Setup
1. Charging the Device
The Echelon Beat monitor features a rechargeable lithium battery. Before initial use, fully charge the device.
- Connect the charging cable to the monitor and a USB power source.

2. Wearing the Armband
Wear the armband on your forearm for optimal heart rate detection.

3. Pairing with the Echelon Fit App

Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off
- To power on, press and hold the central button until the LED illuminates.

Heart Rate Zone Light Indicator
