4. Setup and Installation
The range hood is designed for under-cabinet mounting and supports both top and rear venting. It is crucial to ensure proper ducting for optimal performance. The ideal installation height above the stove top is between 27 and 30 inches, with a minimum of 25.5 inches.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Gesture Sensing Control
The range hood features innovative gesture sensing for hands-free operation. Simply wave your hand across the two sensing points on the control panel to activate or adjust the fan speed and lighting.

5.2. Touch Control Panel
Alternatively, you can use the touch control panel for precise adjustments. The digital screen displays current settings. Functions include:
- Fan Speed Control: Select from 4 different speeds to match your cooking needs, from light simmering to heavy-duty frying.
- Delay Shutoff: Set a timer for the fan to continue operating for 1-15 minutes after cooking, ensuring all odors are cleared.
- Adjustable Brightness LED Lights: Two energy-saving LED lamps (4000K CCT) provide adjustable illumination for your cooking area.

6. Maintenance
6.1. Cleaning Baffle Filters
The stainless steel baffle filters are designed for easy cleaning and are dishwasher-safe. Regular cleaning ensures optimal grease capture and airflow.
- Remove the baffle filters by sliding them out of their slots.
- Place the filters in your dishwasher for a thorough cleaning cycle.
- Once clean and dry, reinsert the filters into the range hood.
