2.1. Delivery and Inspection
Upon delivery, a free open box inspection service is provided. The delivery associate will open the product for your inspection to ensure it matches your order and is free from damage. If the product is found to be damaged, missing parts, or different from what you ordered, you may refuse the delivery. A refund will be credited to your account as per the return and refund policy. This service is available for prepaid scheduled delivery orders in select pin codes.
2.2. Preparing for Installation
- Clear a Path: Ensure a clear path from the doorstep to the intended location of the appliance. The path should be wide enough to accommodate the refrigerator.
- Presence Required: Make sure someone is present at the time of delivery and installation.

2.3. Installation Process
Once your product is delivered, Amazon will automatically raise an installation request to Whirlpool. You will receive an SMS with the service request number within 24 to 36 hours of delivery. The brand team will contact you to fix the installation appointment as per your convenience. An authorized technician from Whirlpool will visit on the mutually agreed time slot to install the product and explain its features.
