6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your YESKAMO Security Camera System, refer to the following common troubleshooting tips:
| Issue | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No video display on monitor | Loose HDMI/VGA cable, NVR not powered | Check cable connections, ensure NVR power adapter is plugged in. |
| Cameras not connecting to NVR | Out of wireless range, interference, camera not powered | Relocate camera closer to NVR, reduce interference, ensure camera is powered. Use WiFi extension antenna if needed. |
| Frequent false alarms | PIR sensitivity too high, environmental factors (e.g., swaying branches) | Adjust PIR sensitivity settings in the NVR/app. Define specific motion detection zones to exclude irrelevant areas. |
| No audio or poor audio quality | Microphone obstructed, distance from sound source, interference | Ensure microphone is clear. Reduce distance to sound source. Check for environmental noise. |
| Remote viewing issues | No internet connection, incorrect app settings, firewall issues | Verify internet connectivity for NVR and mobile device. Check app settings and ensure necessary ports are open on your router. |
