This user manual provides comprehensive instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your XTUGA ES602 Professional Audio Mixer. The XTUGA ES602 is an ultra-thin, 6-channel audio mixer designed for professional stage and studio applications. It features mono and stereo inputs, 3-band equalization per channel, built-in digital effects, Bluetooth connectivity, USB/MP3 playback and recording, and +48V phantom power.

3.1 Unpacking and Inspection

Carefully remove the mixer from its packaging. Inspect the unit for any signs of damage that may have occurred during transit. Retain the original packaging for future transport or storage.

3.2 Power Connection

Connect the provided power adapter to the mixer's power input jack. Plug the adapter into a suitable AC power outlet. Ensure the mixer's power switch is in the "OFF" position before connecting to power.

3.3 Initial Connections

Before powering on the mixer, connect all necessary input and output devices. This includes microphones, instruments, playback devices, amplifiers, and monitoring speakers.

4.3 Bluetooth Operation

  1. Press the MODE button in the MP3/USB/Bluetooth section until "Bluetooth" or "BT" is displayed.
  2. On your mobile device or tablet, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "XTUGA ES602" (or similar name) from the list to pair.
  4. Once paired, you can play audio from your device through the mixer. Adjust the MP3/USB/Bluetooth channel fader to control its volume in the mix.

4.4 USB/MP3 Playback and Recording

  1. Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port.
  2. Press the MODE button until "USB" or "MP3" is displayed. The mixer will automatically scan for compatible audio files.
  3. Use the PLAY/PAUSE, PREV, and NEXT buttons to control playback.
  4. To record the main mix to the USB drive, press the REC button. Press it again to stop recording. The recorded file will be saved on the USB drive.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

To clean the mixer, use a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by a dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or waxes, as these can damage the finish and internal components. Ensure the mixer is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.

5.2 Storage

When not in use for extended periods, store the mixer in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and excessive dust. It is recommended to use the original packaging for storage to protect against physical damage.

  • Lower the MAIN MIX fader or individual channel faders.
  • Check and replace cables if necessary.
Microphone not working (condenser mic).
  • +48V Phantom Power not activated.
  • Incorrect microphone type (dynamic mic does not need phantom power).
  • Press the +48V PHANTOM POWER button.
  • Ensure you are using a condenser microphone that requires phantom power.
Bluetooth not connecting.
  • Mixer not in Bluetooth mode.
  • Device too far from mixer.
  • Bluetooth on device is off.
  • Press MODE button until "Bluetooth" is displayed.
  • Move device closer to the mixer.
  • Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device.
