Important Safety Instructions

Setup
1. Unpacking
- Remove all packaging materials from the air fryer.
- Check that all components are present and undamaged.
2. Initial Cleaning
- Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth.
- Clean the frying basket and roasting rack with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. These parts are dishwasher safe.
- Rinse thoroughly and dry all parts before use.
3. Placement
- Place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of free space on the back and sides of the appliance, and 10 cm (4 inches) above it, to allow for proper air circulation.
- Do not place the appliance against a wall or other appliances.

The digital control panel allows you to easily select cooking programs, adjust temperature, and set the timer. The display shows the current temperature and remaining time.
Basic Operation
- Plug the air fryer into a grounded wall outlet.
- Carefully pull the frying basket out of the air fryer.
- Place the roasting rack inside the basket.
- Place the ingredients into the frying basket. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
- Slide the frying basket back into the air fryer. Ensure it clicks into place.
- Press the Power button to turn on the appliance.
Using Predefined Programs (8 Intuitive Programs)
The air fryer comes with 8 intuitive predefined programs for common dishes:
- After turning on the appliance, press the 'M' (Mode) button repeatedly to cycle through the 8 predefined programs. Each program has a specific icon (e.g., fries, chicken, fish).
- Once you select the desired program, the display will show the default temperature and time for that program.
- Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
Manual Temperature and Time Adjustment
For custom cooking, you can manually set the temperature and time:
- After turning on the appliance, use the temperature control buttons (+ / -) to set the desired temperature between 80°C and 200°C.
- Use the timer control buttons (+ / -) to set the desired cooking time, up to 30 minutes.
- Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
Shaking Ingredients
Some recipes require shaking the ingredients halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking and crispiness.
- Carefully pull the frying basket out of the appliance by the handle. The air fryer will automatically pause.
- Gently shake the basket.
- Slide the frying basket back into the air fryer. The cooking will resume automatically.
End of Cooking
When the set cooking time has elapsed, the air fryer will beep, indicating that cooking is complete.
- Carefully pull the frying basket out of the appliance.
- Empty the contents into a serving dish. Use tongs to remove larger items.
- Unplug the appliance from the wall outlet and allow it to cool down before cleaning.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean the air fryer after every use.
1. Cleaning the Basket and Roasting Rack
- Allow the basket and roasting rack to cool completely.
- Wash them in hot water with dish soap and a non-abrasive sponge. The Ceratech non-stick coating makes cleaning easy.
- For stubborn food residue, soak the basket and rack in hot water with some dish soap for about 10 minutes.
- Alternatively, the basket and roasting rack are dishwasher safe.
2. Cleaning the Exterior
- Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Clean the heating element inside the appliance with a cleaning brush to remove any food residue.
3. Storage
Ensure the appliance is clean and dry before storing. Store it in a cool, dry place.
