Setup

1. Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your JBL LIVE 220BT headphones. Connect the provided charging cable to the charging port on the neckband and to a USB power source. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and provides up to 10 hours of playback. A quick 15-minute charge can provide an additional hour of listening time.

2. Powering On and Bluetooth Pairing

To power on, press and hold the power button on the neckband until the LED indicator lights up. The headphones will automatically enter pairing mode if it's the first time using them, or you can manually activate pairing mode by holding the Bluetooth button. On your device (smartphone, tablet, or Bluetooth-enabled television), go to Bluetooth settings and select "JBL LIVE 220BT" from the list of available devices to connect.

3. JBL App Installation

For enhanced features and customization, download the JBL App from your device's app store. The app allows you to personalize sound settings, manage voice assistant preferences, and access other advanced functionalities.

Troubleshooting

No Power / Cannot Turn On

Cannot Pair with Device

• Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.

Poor Sound Quality / Disconnections
