Setup

Battery Installation

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the side of the rangefinder.
  2. Open the battery compartment cover by twisting or sliding it according to the indicator.
  3. Insert one CR2 3V lithium manganese dioxide disposable battery, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
  4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

Note: A CR2 battery is included with your purchase. Ensure the battery is inserted correctly to power on the device.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

  • To power on, press the power button (usually located on the top of the device).
  • The device will automatically power off after 8 seconds of inactivity to conserve battery life.

Diopter Adjustment

To achieve a clear view through the eyepiece, rotate the eyepiece knob (located at the front of the eyepiece) until the display and target appear sharp. This adjustment is particularly useful for users with varying eyesight.

Distance Measurement

  1. Look through the eyepiece and aim the crosshairs at your desired target.
  2. Press the power/measurement button once. The distance to the target will be displayed in yards.

Flag-Lock Technology

The Flag-Lock feature allows for quick and accurate targeting of the golf flag. When aiming at the flagpole within 300 yards, the device will lock onto the target and provide a vibration feedback to confirm the measurement. This helps distinguish the flag from background objects.

Note: This version (6S) does not include slope correction functionality.
