3. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and promotional labels from the air fryer.
- Initial Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth. Wash the cooking basket and roasting rack with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 10 cm of free space on the back and sides, and 10 cm above the appliance for proper ventilation.
- First Use (Burn-in): Before cooking food, run the air fryer for approximately 10 minutes at 180°C without any food inside. This helps to burn off any manufacturing residues and eliminate initial odors. A slight odor may be present during this process; this is normal.
4. Operating Instructions

Basic Operation:
- Prepare Food: Place your ingredients into the cooking basket. For best results, do not overfill the basket. If using the roasting rack, place it inside the basket before adding food.
- Insert Basket: Slide the cooking basket firmly back into the air fryer until it clicks into place.
- Power On: Plug the appliance into a grounded wall outlet. The control panel will illuminate.
- Set Temperature and Time:
- Use the temperature control buttons (usually '+' and '-') to set the desired cooking temperature (80-200°C).
- Use the timer control buttons (usually '+' and '-') to set the desired cooking time (up to 30 minutes).
- Select Program (Optional): Alternatively, press the 'M' (Mode) button to cycle through the 8 pre-set cooking programs. Each program has a default temperature and time, which can be adjusted manually if needed.
- Start Cooking: Press the Power button to start the cooking process. The fan and heating element will activate.
- Shake/Flip Food: For even cooking, especially with items like fries or chicken wings, pull out the basket halfway through the cooking time and shake or flip the food. Reinsert the basket to resume cooking.
- Completion: The air fryer will beep when the set cooking time has elapsed and automatically shut off. Carefully pull out the basket and transfer the cooked food to a serving dish.
Tips for Best Results:
- For crispier results, lightly brush or spray food with oil.
- Do not overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary.
- Preheating the air fryer for 3-5 minutes can improve cooking efficiency.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your air fryer.
- Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the air fryer from the power outlet and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
- Cleaning the Basket and Rack:
- The cooking basket and roasting rack have a Ceratech non-stick coating. Wash them with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
- For stubborn food residues, soak the basket and rack in hot soapy water for about 10-15 minutes before cleaning.
- Do not use metal utensils or abrasive cleaning materials, as they can damage the non-stick coating.
- Cleaning the Interior: Wipe the interior of the appliance with a damp cloth. For stubborn grease, use a mild degreaser. Ensure no water enters the heating element area.
- Cleaning the Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing the air fryer. Store it in a cool, dry place.
