Attaching the Cables

The MX3 PRO features detachable cables for versatility and easy replacement. To attach a cable:

Identify the left (L) and right (R) earpieces and cable connectors. The earpieces are marked on the inside.
Align the cable connector with the corresponding earpiece socket. Ensure the notch on the connector aligns with the groove on the earpiece.
Gently push the connector straight into the socket until it clicks securely into place. Do not force it.
To detach, firmly grasp the earpiece and the cable connector, then pull them straight apart. Do not pull on the cable itself.

Choosing and Fitting Eartips

Proper eartip selection is crucial for optimal sound quality and noise isolation. Experiment with the included silicone and Comply memory foam eartips to find the best fit for your ears.

Select an eartip size that creates a snug seal in your ear canal without causing discomfort.
For memory foam tips, compress the foam by rolling it between your fingers before inserting it into your ear. Hold it in place for a few seconds while it expands to create a seal.
For silicone tips, gently insert them into your ear canal until a comfortable seal is achieved.

Operating Instructions

Wearing the Monitors

The MX3 PRO monitors are designed to be worn with the cable routed over the ear for a secure and comfortable fit, especially during active use.

Identify the left (L) and right (R) earpieces.
Place the earpiece into your ear canal.
Loop the memory wire section of the cable over the top of your ear, shaping it gently to conform to your ear's contour.
Adjust the cable and earpiece until you achieve a comfortable and secure fit with good noise isolation.

Connecting to Your Device

Connect the 3.5mm jack of the chosen cable (standard audio or headset with mic) to your audio source (e.g., smartphone, tablet, mixing console, audio interface). If connecting to a device with a 6.3mm (1/4") jack, use the included adapter.

Using the Headset Cable (with Mic & Remote)

The headset cable allows for hands-free calling and media control with compatible smartphones and tablets.

Single Press: Play/Pause media, Answer/End call.
Double Press: Skip to next track.
Triple Press: Go to previous track.
