Installation Guide

- Plastic pry tool or flathead screwdriver (for careful removal of OEM side markers)
- T-25 Torx screwdriver (if accessing via fender liner)
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- 1. Access the OEM Side Marker:
The side markers can typically be accessed by carefully prying them out from the bumper or by removing screws from the fender liner to gain access from behind. It is recommended to start prying from the front edge of the side marker, then pull it towards the front of the vehicle to release the rear clip.

Alternatively, for easier access, especially if the side marker is difficult to pry, you may need to turn the front wheels to one side and remove a few T-25 Torx screws from the fender liner to pull it back. This provides direct access to the back of the side marker housing.

- 2. Remove OEM Bulb:
Once the OEM side marker is partially or fully out, twist and unlock the adapter to remove the incandescent bulb. The new LED side marker will connect to this adapter.
- 3. Connect New LED Side Marker:
Take the new iJDMTOY LED side marker assembly. Connect its wiring to the vehicle's bulb adapter. Ensure the connection is secure. If the LED does not light up during testing, reverse the polarity by rotating the adapter 180 degrees and reinserting it.
- 4. Test Functionality:
Before fully securing the new LED side marker, turn on your vehicle's parking lights or hazards to ensure the LED unit illuminates correctly. If an optional OBC error bypass decoder is included, ensure it is properly connected to prevent error codes.
- 5. Secure New LED Side Marker:
Carefully insert the new LED side marker into the bumper opening. Ensure it clicks into place securely. If you removed the fender liner, tuck it back into position and re-install the T-25 Torx screws.
