3. Setup and Installation

3.1 Mounting the Timer

1. Open the timer enclosure door.
2. Locate the mounting holes on the back of the enclosure.

3.2 Wiring Instructions

1. ENSURE POWER IS DISCONNECTED AT THE SOURCE BEFORE WIRING.
2. Route the incoming power supply wires (LINE) and the load wires (LOAD) into the timer enclosure through appropriate conduit openings.
3. Connect the LINE wires to the designated LINE terminals on the timer.
4. Connect the LOAD wires to the designated LOAD terminals on the timer.
5. Connect the ground wire to the ground terminal within the enclosure.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Initial Power-Up and Display

Once wired and power is restored, the timer's display (1" height, 3" width) will illuminate. The internal capacitor will begin charging, providing backup power for settings retention during power outages.

4.2 Setting Current Time and Date

Before programming ON/OFF events, set the current time and date accurately.

1. Press the "MENU" button to access the main menu.
2. Navigate to "SET TIME/DATE" using the arrow buttons.
3. Press "ENTER" to confirm.
4. Adjust the year, month, day, hour, and minute using the arrow buttons and confirm each setting with "ENTER".

4.3 Programming ON/OFF Events

The timer supports up to 96 ON/OFF cycles. Each event can be programmed for specific days of the week or daily operation.

1. From the main menu, navigate to "PROGRAM EVENTS".
2. Select "ADD NEW EVENT".
3. Choose "ON" or "OFF" for the event type.
4. Set the desired time (hour and minute) for the event.
5. Select the days of the week for the event to be active (e.g., Mon-Fri, Daily, or specific days).
6. Confirm the event. Repeat for all desired ON and OFF cycles.

4.4 Manual Override

The timer allows for temporary manual override of programmed events.

• Press the "MANUAL" button to toggle the output state (ON/OFF) without affecting the programmed schedule.
• The timer will revert to the programmed schedule at the next scheduled event.
