Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off and Suction Control

The vacuum features a power switch and a two-speed suction control dial.

  1. To turn on the vacuum, rotate the power dial to the desired suction setting (Low or High).
  2. To turn off the vacuum, rotate the power dial to the "OFF" position.

The vacuum provides up to 57 CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute) of airflow and 27 inches of water lift suction, suitable for various cleaning tasks.

Wet and Dry Operation

This unit is designed for both wet and dry extraction. When collecting liquids, ensure the filter is properly installed and do not exceed the maximum liquid fill line indicated inside the tank.

For optimal performance and to prevent damage, always empty the tank and clean the filter after wet vacuuming before switching to dry vacuuming, and vice-versa.

Maintenance

Emptying the Dust Bin

Regularly empty the dust bin to maintain optimal suction power and prevent filter clogging.

  1. Ensure the vacuum is turned off and the battery is removed.
  2. Unlatch the two side clips and lift the motor head assembly off the dust bin.
  3. Carefully empty the contents of the dust bin into a waste receptacle.
  4. Wipe the inside of the dust bin with a damp cloth if necessary.
  5. Reattach the motor head assembly, ensuring the clips are securely latched.

Cleaning and Replacing the HEPA Filter

The HEPA filter is crucial for maintaining air quality and vacuum performance. A filter cleaning system is integrated to help maintain efficiency.

  1. With the motor head assembly removed, locate the HEPA filter.
  2. Gently twist and pull the filter to remove it.
  3. Tap the filter against a hard surface to dislodge accumulated dust. For thorough cleaning, a soft brush or compressed air can be used (wear respiratory protection). Do not wash the filter with water unless specifically designed for wet cleaning and allowed by the manufacturer.
  4. Inspect the filter for any damage or tears. Replace if damaged.
  5. To reinstall, align the filter and push it firmly into place.
