Setup and Installation
Before permanent installation, it is highly recommended to perform a bench test to ensure all components are functioning correctly. The following video provides a detailed unboxing and bench testing guide:

Wiring Overview
The wiring process involves connecting the camera to the cable harness, then to the extension cable, and finally to your display monitor. Power connections are made to the vehicle's reverse light circuit.
Step 1: Connect Camera to Cable Harness
Connect the black multi-pin connector from the cable harness to the corresponding port on the camera. Ensure proper alignment using the arrow marker on the cable harness connector and the groove on the license plate connector, then slide them firmly together.
Step 2: Connect Cable Harness to Extension Cable
Connect the male RCA connector from the cable harness to the female RCA connector on the 24-foot extension cable. The video sending ends typically have male connectors, and receiving ends have female connectors.
Step 3: Connect Extension Cable to Monitor
Connect the male RCA connector from the extension cable to the rear camera input (female RCA) on your display monitor.
Step 4: Power Connections
Connect the red wire from the cable harness, the green power wire for the LED lights, and the red wire from the extension cable to the 12V positive wire of your vehicle's reverse light. Connect the black wire from the cable harness to a suitable ground point. For permanent installation, solder connections or use pressure connectors and insulate all bare wires with electrical tape.
The red wire on the extension cable serves as a trigger wire. Connect this to the rear camera trigger input of your monitor. This ensures the monitor automatically switches to the camera view when the reverse light is activated.
Operating Instructions
The BOYO VISION VTL375LTJ camera is designed for automatic operation. When your vehicle is shifted into reverse, the camera will activate, and the image will appear on your connected display monitor. The integrated white LED lights will illuminate to provide clear visibility in low-light conditions, and the dynamic trajectory parking lines will appear on the screen, curving to indicate your vehicle's path based on steering wheel input.
Maintenance
To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your BOYO VISION VTL375LTJ camera, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Regularly clean the camera lens with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt, dust, or debris that may obstruct the view. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Periodically inspect all wiring connections to ensure they are secure and free from corrosion.
- The camera has an IP68 waterproof rating, meaning it is protected against dust and immersion in water. However, avoid high-pressure washing directly on the camera or its connections.
- Ensure the license plate frame is securely mounted to prevent vibration or damage.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your BOYO VISION VTL375LTJ camera, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- No Signal on Monitor: Check all video cable connections (RCA connectors) between the camera, extension, and monitor. Ensure the camera is receiving power by verifying the connection to the reverse light circuit and ground. Confirm the monitor is set to the correct input.
- No Image in Low Light: Verify that the LED lights on the camera are functioning. Ensure proper power connection to the green wire for the LEDs.
- Incorrect Trajectory Lines: Ensure the camera is securely mounted and not loose. The trajectory lines are dynamic and should respond to steering input. If they appear static or incorrect, re-check the camera's mounting angle and wiring connections.
- Flickering Image: Check for loose connections or interference from other electrical components in the vehicle. Ensure proper grounding.
- Power Issues: Confirm that the reverse light circuit is providing 12V power when reverse gear is engaged. Check fuses if necessary.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact technical support.
