1. Introduction

The AOUCE Digital Timer is a versatile and easy-to-use device designed for various timekeeping needs. Featuring a large display and simple controls, it is ideal for classroom activities, kitchen tasks, homework, exercise, and more. This manual provides detailed instructions for setting up, operating, and maintaining your timer.

2. Setup

2.1. Battery Installation

The AOUCE Digital Timer requires one AAA battery (not included). To install the battery:

  1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the timer.
  2. Slide the cover open.
  3. Insert one AAA battery, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
  4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

3. Operation

3.1. Button Functions

  • M Button: Used to set minutes.
  • S Button: Used to set seconds.
  • ST/SP Button: Used to start or stop the timer.
  • CLEAR: Indicated by a line above the M and S buttons. Pressing M and S together clears the timer to 00:00.

3.2. Setting the Timer (Countdown)

  1. Press the M button to set the desired minutes.
  2. Press the S button to set the desired seconds.
  3. To speed up time setting, press and hold either the M or S button for more than 3 seconds.
  4. Press the ST/SP button to start the countdown.
  5. When the countdown ends, the timer will alarm. Press the ST/SP button to return to the last set time (Memory Function).

3.3. Using the Count Up Function

  1. To clear the timer to 00:00, press the M and S buttons simultaneously.
  2. Press the ST/SP button to start counting up from 00:00.
  3. Press ST/SP again to pause the count up. Press it once more to resume.

3.4. Memory Function

The timer remembers the last set countdown time. After a countdown finishes and the alarm sounds, pressing the ST/SP button will reset the display to the previously set time, allowing for quick reuse without re-entering the minutes and seconds.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the timer with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.
  • Storage: Store the timer in a cool, dry place when not in use.
  • Battery Replacement: Replace the AAA battery when the display dims or the timer stops functioning correctly.

7. Troubleshooting
