4. Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all removable parts (jars, lids, blades, food processor bowl, and attachments) with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.

4.1 Assembling Jars

Each jar comes with a pre-fitted blade. To use, place the desired jar onto the motor unit and twist gently until it locks into place. Ensure the lid is securely fitted before operation.

4.2 Assembling the Food Processor Bowl

Place the food processor bowl onto the motor unit. Insert the desired attachment (chopping blade, kneading blade, shredder, slicer, or french fries attachment) onto the central shaft. Secure the lid by aligning it and twisting until it locks. The food processor bowl features a locking mechanism for safety.

4.3 Attaching the Coconut Scraper

The coconut scraper attachment is designed for efficient scraping of coconut. Attach it to the food processor bowl or a dedicated scraping bowl (if provided) as per the instructions for that specific attachment.

5. Operating Instructions

Ensure the appliance is properly assembled and plugged into a suitable power outlet before operation.

5.1 Using the Mixer Grinder Jars

  1. Place the ingredients into the appropriate jar (Liquidizing, Dry Grinding, or Chutney). Do not overfill; ensure ingredients are below the maximum fill line.
  2. Securely place the lid on the jar.
  3. Place the jar onto the motor unit and twist to lock.
  4. Turn the speed control knob to the desired speed (1, 2, or 3). For tough ingredients, start at a lower speed and gradually increase.
  5. Process until the desired consistency is achieved. Avoid continuous operation for extended periods; allow the motor to rest if it becomes warm.
  6. Once done, turn the knob to 'OFF' and unplug the appliance. Carefully remove the lid and then the jar.

5.3 Using the Coconut Scraper

Attach the coconut scraper to the motor unit as instructed. Hold the coconut firmly against the rotating scraper to remove the flesh. Exercise caution during this operation.
