Setup
1. MicroSD Card Insertion
- Ensure the dash cam is powered off.
- Locate the MicroSD card slot on the side of the main unit.
- Insert the provided 32GB MicroSD card into the slot until it clicks into place. Ensure the card is inserted with the correct orientation.
2. Mounting the Front Camera
- Clean the desired area on your windshield thoroughly with rubbing alcohol and let it dry completely. The ideal location is usually behind the rearview mirror to avoid obstructing your view.
- Attach the 3M adhesive mount to the dash cam.
- Remove the protective film from the 3M adhesive on the mount.
- Firmly press the dash cam with the attached mount onto the cleaned area of the windshield for at least 30 seconds.
- Adjust the camera lens angle to ensure it captures the road ahead clearly.

3. Mounting the Rear Camera
- Clean the desired area on your rear windshield thoroughly.
- Attach the 3M adhesive to the rear camera mount.
- Remove the protective film from the 3M adhesive.
- Firmly press the rear camera onto the cleaned area of the rear windshield.
- Connect the rear camera cable to the V-IN port on the front dash cam.

4. Power Connection
The Q800PRO supports two main power connection methods:
- Hardwiring: Use the included hardwiring cable to connect directly to your vehicle's fuse box. This enables Parking Mode functionality. Consult a professional for installation if you are unsure.
- 12V Power Cable: Use the included 12V power cable to connect to your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. This method does not support Parking Mode.
Route all cables neatly along the vehicle's headliner and A-pillars, securing them with the provided 3M adhesive cable clips to avoid interference with airbags or vehicle operation.
Operating the Dash Cam
1. Basic Controls and Indicators
The front dash cam features several buttons and LED indicators:
- GPS LED: Indicates GPS signal status.
- REC LED: Indicates recording status.
- Wi-Fi LED: Indicates Wi-Fi connection status.
- Power Button: Turns the device on/off.
