Setup

Operating Instructions

1. Steaming

1. Prepare ingredients by washing and chopping them into small, uniform pieces (approximately 1-inch cubes).
2. Place ingredients into the stainless steel steam basket.
3. Fill the water reservoir with distilled water to the appropriate level (refer to markings for guidance based on cooking time).
4. Place the steam basket into the glass bowl and secure the lid.
5. Press the steam button (indicated by a cloud icon). The button will illuminate, and the unit will begin steaming.
6. The auto shut-off timer will activate, and the unit will beep three times when steaming is complete. The button light will blink.

2. Blending

1. Once steaming is complete, carefully remove the steam basket from the glass bowl.
2. Pour the steamed ingredients directly into the glass blending bowl. You may retain some of the cooking liquid to adjust puree consistency.
3. Secure the blending lid onto the glass bowl.
