Premium Reusable Electrode Pads

Setup Guide

Charging the Device

Connect the micro USB cable to the charging port on the TENS unit and to a USB power source (wall charger, power bank, or laptop USB). The battery indicator on the LCD screen will show charging status. A full charge can last up to 7 days.

Connecting Electrode Pads

Ensure the TENS unit is turned off before connecting or disconnecting pads. Insert the lead wires into the A1, A2, B1, or B2 output ports on the top of the device. Connect the other end of the lead wires to the electrode pads. Ensure a secure connection.

Applying Electrode Pads

Clean and dry the skin area where the pads will be applied. Avoid applying to broken or irritated skin. Remove the protective film from the gel side of the pads. Firmly press the pads onto the desired treatment area. Ensure full contact with the skin.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

Press the power button (labeled with a power symbol) to turn the unit on or off.

Selecting Body Area

Use the dedicated buttons (Neck, Shoulder, Back, Elbow, Hip, Ankle, Knee, Leg/Arm, Wrist) to select the specific body area for treatment. The corresponding area on the human body diagram on the LCD screen will illuminate.

Choosing Massage Mode

Select a massage mode from the available options: Knead, Acu (Acupuncture), Tap, Cupping, Scraping, or Random.

Adjusting Intensity

Use the intensity buttons (+A/-A for Channel A and +B/-B for Channel B) on the sides of the device to increase or decrease the intensity of the electrical impulses for each channel independently. Start with a low intensity and gradually increase until a comfortable sensation is achieved.

Setting Timer

Press the "TIME" button to adjust the treatment duration. The timer can typically be set from 10 to 60 minutes. The device will automatically shut off once the timer expires.

Pause Function

Press the pause button (||) to temporarily stop the treatment. Press it again to resume.

Maintenance

Cleaning Electrode Pads

If the adhesive pads become dirty or lose stickiness, gently rinse them under cold water. Allow the pads to air dry completely before reapplying the protective film and storing them. Proper cleaning can extend the life of the pads for 30-50 uses.

Storage

Store the TENS unit and accessories in the provided storage bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Battery Care

To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the unit frequently. Charge it when the battery indicator is low.

Troubleshooting

No Sensation or Weak Sensation

  • Ensure electrode pads are firmly attached to clean, dry skin.
  • Check that lead wires are securely connected to both the unit and the pads.
  • Increase the intensity level gradually using the side buttons.
  • Ensure the battery is sufficiently charged.

Device Not Turning On

  • Check if the unit is charged. Connect it to a power source using the micro USB cable.
  • Press and hold the power button for a few seconds.

Pads Not Sticking

  • Clean the pads as described in the Maintenance section.
  • Ensure skin is clean and free of lotions or oils.
  • If pads are old or worn out, replace them with new ones.
