Setup

1. Inserting Batteries
  1. Open the battery compartment cover located on the back of the device.
  2. Insert two (2) AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  3. Close the battery compartment cover securely.
2. Initial Setup and Radio-Controlled Time Synchronization

Upon battery insertion, the clock will automatically attempt to synchronize with the DCF radio signal. This process may take several minutes. During synchronization, a radio signal icon will typically flash on the display.

  • Place the clock near a window for optimal signal reception.
  • Avoid placing it near electronic devices that may cause interference.
  • If the clock does not synchronize automatically after a few minutes, press the WAVE button to initiate a manual search.
  • Once synchronized, the time and date will be set automatically, and the radio signal icon will appear solid.

Operating Instructions

1. Manual Time and Date Setting (If Radio Control is Unavailable)
  1. Press and hold the MODE button for a few seconds until the time digits begin to flash.
  2. Use the Arrow Buttons to adjust the hour, then press MODE to confirm and move to minutes.
  3. Repeat this process for minutes, year, month, and day.
  4. Press MODE again to exit the setting mode.
2. Setting the Alarm
  1. Press and hold the ALARM button for a few seconds until the alarm time digits flash.
  2. Use the Arrow Buttons to set the desired alarm hour, then press ALARM to confirm and move to minutes.
  3. Use the Arrow Buttons to set the desired alarm minutes, then press ALARM to confirm.
  4. To activate or deactivate the alarm, press the ALARM button briefly. An alarm icon will appear on the display when activated.
  5. When the alarm sounds, press any button to snooze or turn off the alarm.
3. Temperature Display

The clock displays the indoor temperature. To switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F), press the °C/°F button.
