Setup

1. Battery Installation

1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the clock (refer to Figure 2).
2. Slide open the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert two (2) AA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+ and -) as indicated inside the compartment.
4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

Upon successful battery installation, the display will illuminate, and the clock will be ready for initial setup.

Operating Instructions

Setting Time and Date

1. Press the MODE button repeatedly until the time display flashes.
2. Use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the hour.
3. Press MODE again to move to minutes, then use UP or DOWN to adjust.
4. Continue pressing MODE to cycle through setting the year, month, and day, adjusting each with the UP or DOWN buttons.
5. Press MODE one last time to exit setting mode and save your changes.

Setting Alarms (AL1 and AL2)

The clock features two independent alarms (AL1 and AL2) with a crescendo alarm function.

1. Press the AL1 button to enter Alarm 1 setting mode. The alarm time will flash.
2. Use the UP or DOWN buttons to set the desired alarm hour.
3. Press AL1 again to move to minutes, then adjust with UP or DOWN.
4. Press AL1 one more time to confirm and activate Alarm 1. An alarm icon will appear on the display.
5. Repeat the process using the AL2 button to set and activate Alarm 2.

To deactivate an alarm, press the corresponding AL1 or AL2 button until the alarm icon disappears from the display.

Snooze Function and Display Light

When an alarm sounds, press the large SNOOZE/LIGHT button located on the top of the clock to activate the snooze function. The alarm will temporarily stop and sound again after a few minutes (typically 5-10 minutes, refer to product specifications for exact duration). Pressing any other button will turn off the alarm until the next set time.

Press the SNOOZE/LIGHT button at any time to briefly illuminate the display for easier viewing in low light conditions. The reflection luminous display technology ensures a soft, glare-free illumination.

Temperature Display

The clock automatically displays the indoor temperature. No specific setting is required for this feature. The temperature reading is shown on the right side of the display (refer to Figure 1).

Maintenance

Cleaning

To clean the clock, gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or chemical sprays, as these may damage the finish or internal components.

Battery Replacement

When the display dims or the clock functions become erratic, it is time to replace the batteries. Follow the battery installation steps outlined in the "Setup" section. Always use fresh AA batteries and dispose of old batteries responsibly according to local regulations.

Troubleshooting

• Display is blank or dim:
  • Check if batteries are inserted correctly with proper polarity.
  • Replace old or depleted batteries with new AA batteries.
• Alarm does not sound:
  • Ensure the alarm is activated (alarm icon visible on display).
  • Verify the alarm time is set correctly.
  • Check battery level.
• Buttons are unresponsive:
  • Remove and reinsert batteries to reset the device.
  • Ensure buttons are not stuck or obstructed.
• Incorrect time/date:
  • Follow the "Setting Time and Date" instructions to re-adjust.
