- Hold your pet's paw firmly but gently. Ensure any fur is out of the way to prevent entanglement.
- Turn on the grinder and select a low speed initially.
- Gently touch the rotating sanding accessory to the tip of the nail. Grind in short bursts of 1-2 seconds, then lift the tool. This prevents excessive heat buildup.
- Work around the nail, shaping it smoothly. Avoid grinding too deeply to prevent reaching the quick.
