Setup Instructions

Component Identification

Assembly Steps

  1. Connect the Keyboard: Attach the keyboard cable to the designated header on the VGA LCD Controller Board (RT2270C-A).
  2. Connect the LVDS Cable to the Controller Board: Carefully connect one end of the LVDS cable to the 30P LVDS Interface on the VGA LCD Controller Board. Ensure correct orientation to avoid damage.

  4. Connect the LVDS Cable to the Converter Board: Connect the other end of the LVDS cable to the corresponding port on the VS-TCON50-V1 Converter Board.
  5. Connect the Converter Board to the LCD Screen: Attach the flexible flat cable (FPC) from the 3.5-inch VS035SD1 LCD screen to the appropriate connector on the VS-TCON50-V1 Converter Board. Ensure the FPC is inserted straight and the locking mechanism (if present) is secured.

  7. Power Connection: Connect a 12V DC power adapter (more than 2A recommended) to the power input jack on the VGA LCD Controller Board.
  8. VGA Input: Connect your VGA source device to the VGA port on the controller board.

Operating Instructions

Powering On

Once all connections are secure and power is supplied, the LCD screen should power on. If no signal is detected, the board will enter a standby mode, consuming less than 1W.

OSD Menu Navigation

Use the provided keyboard to navigate the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu. The OSD allows adjustment of various display parameters:

  • Brightness: Adjusts the overall luminance of the display.
  • Contrast: Modifies the difference between the lightest and darkest areas of the image.
  • Auto: Automatically adjusts display settings for optimal viewing.
