5. Configuration
5.1. Accessing the Web Management Interface
To configure your router, you need to access its web-based management interface.
- Connect your computer to the router via Wi-Fi (SSID and password are on the label at the bottom of the router) or an Ethernet cable.
- Open a web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
- Type the default IP address 192.168.10.1 into the address bar and press Enter.
- Enter the default login credentials. The default username is admin and the default password is admin (or as printed on the router label).
- Follow the on-screen instructions for the initial setup wizard, if prompted. It is recommended to change the default login password for security.
5.2. Basic Wi-Fi Settings
Navigate to the "Wireless" or "Wi-Fi Settings" section in the web interface to customize your wireless network.
- SSID (Network Name): Change the default Wi-Fi network name to a unique name.
- Password (Security Key): Set a strong, secure password for your Wi-Fi network. WPA2-PSK AES is recommended.
- Security Mode: Select WPA2-PSK.
5.3. LTE/Internet Settings
The router should automatically detect your SIM card and configure the LTE connection. If not, you may need to manually configure the APN (Access Point Name) settings provided by your mobile operator.
- Go to the "Network" or "LTE Settings" section.
- Check the connection status. If "Disconnected" or "Limited," verify APN settings.
- Select "Manual" APN configuration if automatic fails and enter the correct APN, username, and password from your mobile operator.
- Save changes and reboot the router if prompted.
5.4. VoLTE Configuration
The Cudy LT300 supports VoLTE functionality. If your SIM card and mobile operator support VoLTE, you may find settings under "Voice" or "VoLTE" in the web interface to enable or configure this feature. Consult your mobile operator for specific VoLTE settings if required.
6. Operating
6.1. Connecting Devices
- Wi-Fi: On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), search for the Wi-Fi network name (SSID) you configured and enter the Wi-Fi password.
- Ethernet: Connect an Ethernet cable from a LAN port on the router to the Ethernet port on your computer or other wired device.
6.2. LED Indicators
Monitor the LED indicators on the front panel to understand the router's status:
- Power LED: Solid Green (On), Off (Off).
- Wi-Fi LED: Solid Green (Wi-Fi On), Blinking (Data Transfer), Off (Wi-Fi Off).
- LTE Signal LEDs: Indicate signal strength (e.g., 3 bars for strong, 1 bar for weak).
- LAN/WAN LEDs: Solid Green (Connected), Blinking (Data Transfer), Off (No Connection).
7. Maintenance
7.1. Firmware Update
Regularly check for and install firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and security. Firmware files can usually be downloaded from the Cudy official website.
- Download the latest firmware file for your LT300 model.
- Access the web management interface.
- Navigate to "System Tools" or "Firmware Upgrade."
- Upload the downloaded firmware file and follow the on-screen instructions. Do not power off the router during the upgrade process.

A factory reset will restore the router to its default settings. This can be useful for troubleshooting or if you forget your login password.
- With the router powered on, press and hold the WPS/Reset button on the rear panel for 5-8 seconds until the LEDs flash.
- Release the button. The router will reboot with factory default settings.
8. Troubleshooting
- No Internet Connection:
- Check if the SIM card is inserted correctly and activated.
- Verify LTE signal strength via the LED indicators.
- Ensure APN settings are correct in the web interface.
- Reboot the router and your connected devices.
- Cannot Access Web Management Interface:
- Ensure your device is connected to the router's Wi-Fi or via Ethernet.
- Verify the IP address 192.168.10.1 is typed correctly.
- Try a different web browser.
- Perform a factory reset if you forgot the login password.
- Slow Wi-Fi Speed:
- Check LTE signal strength; a weak signal will affect overall speed.
- Ensure the router is placed in a central location, away from obstructions and interference.
