Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport if desired.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the roaster pan, rack, baster, and roasting forks thoroughly with warm, soapy water. Rinse completely and dry immediately with a soft cloth.
- Rack Placement: The roasting rack is designed to fit securely within the pan. Place the rack inside the pan with the handles facing upwards for easy removal.
Operating Instructions
General Use
- The roaster pan is suitable for use in ovens. It is oven safe up to 450°F (232°C).
- The heavy-gauge, 4mm hard-anodized aluminum construction ensures even heat distribution for consistent cooking results.
- The multi-layer nonstick coating provides effortless food release. To preserve the nonstick surface, use wooden, silicone, or nylon utensils. Avoid metal utensils that can scratch the surface.
- The double-riveted stay-cool stainless steel handles are designed for secure handling. Always use oven mitts or pot holders when handling the hot pan.

Roasting Procedure
- Preheat your oven to the desired temperature.
- Place the roasting rack inside the pan.
- Position your food (e.g., poultry, meat, vegetables) on the roasting rack. The rack elevates the food, allowing for even cooking and air circulation, and lets drippings collect in the pan below.
- Use the included baster to moisten food during cooking, if desired.
- When the food is cooked, carefully remove the pan from the oven using oven mitts.
- Use the roasting forks to stabilize and transfer the cooked food from the pan to a carving board or serving platter.

Care and Maintenance
- Cleaning: The roaster pan is not dishwasher safe. Hand washing is recommended to preserve the nonstick coating and the finish of the hard-anodized aluminum. Wash with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge or cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or steel wool, as these can damage the nonstick surface and exterior finish.
- Nonstick Coating Care: To prolong the life of the nonstick coating, avoid overheating an empty pan. Allow the pan to cool completely before washing.
- Storage: Store the pan and rack in a dry place. If stacking, place a soft cloth or pan protector between the pan and other cookware to prevent scratches.
Troubleshooting
Food Sticking
If food begins to stick, ensure you are using appropriate cooking fats or liquids. Overheating the pan or using metal utensils can damage the nonstick surface over time, leading to sticking. Ensure the pan is clean and free of residue before each use.
Uneven Cooking
The hard-anodized aluminum construction is designed for even heat distribution. If you experience uneven cooking, verify your oven's calibration and ensure the pan is placed centrally in the oven, allowing for proper air circulation.
