Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport if desired.
2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the roaster pan, rack, baster, and roasting forks thoroughly with warm, soapy water. Rinse completely and dry immediately with a soft cloth.

Roasting Procedure

1. Preheat your oven to the desired temperature.
2. Place the roasting rack inside the pan.
3. Position your food (e.g., poultry, meat, vegetables) on the roasting rack. The rack elevates the food, allowing for even cooking and air circulation, and lets drippings collect in the pan below.
