3. Product Overview

The Retevis RT19 features an ultra-slim and portable design, making it easy to carry. It is built with durable materials and includes a robust metal back clip for secure attachment.

Controls and Ports:

4. Setup

4.1 Battery Installation

To install the 1300mAh Li-ion battery:

  1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the radio.
  2. Slide the cover down or use a fingernail to gently pry it open.
  3. Align the battery contacts with the terminals inside the compartment.
  4. Insert the battery and ensure it is seated securely.
  5. Replace the battery compartment cover, sliding it up until it locks into place.

4.2 Charging the Radio

The RT19 walkie talkies can be charged using the provided Micro-USB cable and charger adapter. The Y-type USB cable allows two radios to be charged simultaneously.

  1. Connect the charger adapter to a power outlet.
  2. Plug the Micro-USB cable into the charging port on the side of the radio.
  3. The LED indicator on the radio will light up red during charging.
  4. Once fully charged, the LED indicator will turn green.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off and Volume Control
