2. Product Features

- Smart Motor: P412 Remote Battery motor (15-channel remote/Timing remote, Battery type: CR2450) requires a smart bridge (BOND) for connection to all versions of Alexa and Google Home. 3. Setup and Installation

Inside Mount
Measure the depth of the window frame. A minimum depth of 3 inches is required. Measure the exact width and height inside the window frame. The submitted width and height are the finished product dimensions, including the valance and bottom rod.
Outside Mount
Measure the width and height of the outside window frame. Add 3"-6" to the exact width and height for better coverage. The shade should be installed above the window frame. The submitted height corresponds to the distance from the top of the valance to the bottom rod. For outside mount blinds, add 3"-6" to the exact width and height of the outside window frame to minimize light leakage.

3.2. Mounting the Shades
Follow these steps for secure installation:
- Mark Punch Positions: Use your shades to determine the punch positions for the brackets. For inside mount, ensure the brackets are placed within the window frame. For outside mount, mark positions above the window frame.
- Drill Holes and Install Brackets: Drill pilot holes at the marked positions. Insert wall anchors if necessary, then secure the mounting brackets with screws.
- Install the Blind: Carefully align the shade with the installed brackets and snap it into place. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Test the Shade: Remove the seal from the motor and use the remote control to test the motorized shade's up and down movement.
