5. Setup

5.1. Installing the MicroSD Card

1. Ensure the dashcam is powered off.
2. Locate the MicroSD card slot on the side of the device.
3. Insert a Class 10 or higher MicroSD card (up to 32GB) into the slot until it clicks into place.
4. To remove, gently push the card in until it clicks, then release.

5.2. Mounting the Dashcam

1. Clean the desired area on your windshield.
2. Attach the suction cup mount to the dashcam.
3. Press the suction cup firmly against the windshield and flip the lever to secure it.
4. Adjust the angle of the dashcam to ensure a clear view of the road.

5.3. Power Connection

1. Connect the car charger to the dashcam's USB port.
2. Plug the other end of the car charger into your vehicle's 12V power outlet (cigarette lighter socket).
3. The dashcam will automatically power on and begin recording when the vehicle's ignition is turned on.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Power On/Off

• Automatic: The device powers on and off automatically with the vehicle's ignition.
• Manual: Press and hold the Power button for a few seconds to manually turn the device on or off.

6.2. Basic Recording

Once powered on, the dashcam will automatically start continuous loop recording. The recording indicator will flash on the screen.

6.3. Loop Recording

Loop recording continuously records video in segments (e.g., 1, 2, or 3 minutes). When the memory card is full, the oldest unlocked files are overwritten by new recordings.

1. Press the MENU button to enter the settings menu.
2. Navigate to 'Loop Recording' using the Up/Down buttons.
3. Press OK to select and choose your desired segment length (e.g., 1 Minute, 2 Minutes, 3 Minutes, or Off).

6.4. G-Sensor (Emergency Recording)

The built-in G-Sensor detects sudden impacts or collisions. When triggered, it automatically locks the current video segment, preventing it from being overwritten by loop recording.

The G-Sensor sensitivity can be adjusted in the settings menu.

6.5. Motion Detection
