Setup
1. Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the endoscope. Connect the Micro USB charging cable to the endoscope's input port and a 5V/1A USB power adapter (not included). The power indicator lights will show charging status.
2. App Installation
Download the "DEPSTECH-View" app from your device's app store (Google Play Store for Android, Apple App Store for iOS). Alternatively, scan the QR code provided in the quick start guide.
3. Connecting to Your Smart Device
- Press and hold the Power button on the endoscope for 2-3 seconds to turn it on. The WiFi indicator light will blink.
- On your smartphone or tablet, go to Wi-Fi settings.
- Find and connect to the Wi-Fi network named "DEPSTECH_XXXX" (XXXX will be a unique identifier).
- Open the "DEPSTECH-View" app. The camera feed should now be visible.

- Power Button: Press and hold to turn the device on/off.
- Photograph Button (Orange): Press to capture a still image.
- Zoom Buttons (+/-): Adjust the digital zoom level of the image.
- LED Light Intensity Control: Use the dedicated buttons to increase or decrease the brightness of the camera's LED lights.
- Extra Recessed Lights: Activates additional lights on the main unit for general illumination.
Using Accessories
The endoscope comes with three useful accessories: a hook, a magnet, and a side mirror. To attach them, gently unscrew the protective ring from the camera head, then screw on the desired accessory.
- Hook: Useful for retrieving small objects from hard-to-reach places.
- Magnet: Ideal for picking up metallic items. Note that attaching the magnet may partially obstruct the camera's view.
- Side Mirror: Provides a side view, allowing inspection of areas perpendicular to the camera's direct line of sight.
