MASTOGO Wireless TENS & EMS Unit

1. Introduction

The MASTOGO Wireless TENS & EMS Unit is designed to provide targeted pain relief and muscle stimulation through Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) and Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) technologies. This device is controlled via a smartphone application, offering a convenient and wire-free experience for managing various types of body pain and aiding muscle recovery.

Please read this manual thoroughly before first use to ensure safe and effective operation.

2. Safety Information and Warnings

Important: Consult your physician before using this device, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.

2.1 Contraindications

Do not use this device in the following situations:

• If you have heart disease or a pacemaker.
• If you have metal implants in the area of application.
• If you have high blood pressure.
• During pregnancy.
• On children.
• On open wounds or damaged skin.

2.2 General Precautions

• Do not apply pads over the carotid sinus nerves (front of the neck), directly over the heart, or on the head.
• Do not use while driving or operating heavy machinery.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.

4. Setup Guide

4.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the wireless TENS device using the provided USB cable. Connect the USB cable to the device and a suitable USB power source. The indicator light will show charging status.

4.2 App Download and Installation

The MASTOGO TENS & EMS Unit is controlled via the DOMAS app. Follow these steps:

1. Go to your smartphone's App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
2. Search for "DOMAS" and download the application. Alternatively, scan the QR code provided in the manual or on the product packaging, or visit admin.cqdomas.com/download/.
3. Install the app on your device.

4.3 Device Pairing and Connection

To connect your TENS unit to the DOMAS app:

1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
2. Long-press the power button on the TENS device to turn it on. The indicator light will blink blue.
3. Open the DOMAS application.
4. Tap "Scan Devices Nearby" within the app. The application will automatically search for and connect to your device.

4.4 Applying the Electrode Pads

The device comes with two sizes of premium gel TENS pads, reusable up to 50 times. Choose the appropriate pad size for the target area:

• Small Pads (3.1" x 2.1"): Suitable for arm joints, leg joints, neck, wrist, ankle.
• Large Pads (7.6" x 3.1"): Suitable for back, shoulders, sciatic, legs, hip, lower back.

Attach the TENS device to the snap-on buttons on the electrode pad. Remove the protective film from the gel pad and apply it firmly to clean, dry skin on the desired body part.

5. Operation

Once the device is connected to the DOMAS app, you can begin your session.

5.1 Mode Selection

The DOMAS app offers 12 unique modes, divided into 6 TENS modes and 6 EMS modes:

• TENS Modes: Kneading, Acupuncture, Beating, Scraping, Cupping, Exercise. These modes produce a milder electrical current primarily used for pain relief.
• EMS Modes: These modes cause deeper muscle contraction, aiding in relieving muscle soreness after training and promoting muscle recovery.

Select your desired mode from the app interface.

5.2 Intensity Adjustment

The intensity can be adjusted from level 1 to 20 within the app. Start with a low intensity and gradually increase it until you feel a comfortable, yet effective, sensation. Avoid setting the intensity too high, which may cause discomfort.

5.3 Timer Settings

You can set the treatment duration from 1 to 60 minutes using the app. The device will automatically shut off once the timer expires.

5.4 Starting and Stopping

After selecting your mode, intensity, and time, press the start button in the app to begin the session. To stop the session at any time, press the stop button in the app or long-press the power button on the device.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Electrode Pad Care

The gel pads are reusable up to 50 times with proper care:

• After each use, place the protective film back onto the gel side of the pads to prevent them from drying out.
• If the pads lose their stickiness, gently wet them with a tiny bit of water. Do not soak them.
• Store pads on the provided collection board.
• Replace pads when they no longer adhere effectively or if they show signs of wear.

6.2 Device Cleaning and Storage

• Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.
• Store the device and accessories in the provided PU storage box in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

7. Troubleshooting

• Device not turning on: Ensure the device is fully charged.
• App not connecting to device:
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
  • Make sure the device is turned on and within Bluetooth range.
  • Close and reopen the DOMAS app.
  • Restart your phone and the TENS device.
• Pads not sticking: Clean the skin area thoroughly before application. If pads are old, gently moisten them with water or consider replacing them.
• No sensation or weak sensation: Increase the intensity level gradually. Ensure pads are firmly attached to the skin and the device is properly connected to the pads.
• App disconnects randomly: Ensure your phone's operating system is up to date. Try reinstalling the DOMAS app. Maintain close proximity between your phone and the device during use.
