  3. Insert your standard-sized 4G LTE SIM card into the slot with the gold contacts facing down and the notched corner oriented correctly, until it clicks into place.
  4. Do not force the SIM card. If it does not fit, verify the correct size and orientation.

  2. Plug the other end of the power adapter into a wall outlet.
  3. Press the Power button (if available) to turn on the router. The Power indicator light should illuminate.

5.3 Initial Configuration (Web Interface)

  1. Connect your computer to the router via Wi-Fi or an Ethernet cable. The default Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password are usually printed on a label on the bottom of the router.
  2. Open a web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox) and enter the default IP address: 192.168.8.1 in the address bar.
  3. Log in using the default username and password (often "admin" for both, check the label on your device).
  4. Follow the on-screen setup wizard. You may need to configure the Access Point Name (APN) settings according to your mobile network operator's specifications. This is crucial for internet connectivity.
  5. Once configured, the Network Status indicator should turn solid blue or green, indicating a successful connection to the 4G LTE network.

6. Operating the Router

  • Ethernet: Connect an Ethernet cable from the LAN/WAN port on the router to the Ethernet port on your computer or other network device.

6.2 Using the RJ11 Port

If your SIM card plan includes voice services, you can connect a standard analog telephone to the RJ11 port on the router. This allows you to make and receive calls using your mobile network plan.

6.3 External Antenna Connection

For improved 4G LTE signal reception, you can connect optional external antennas to the SMA connectors on the router. Ensure the router is powered off before connecting or disconnecting antennas.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning

Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.

7.2 Firmware Updates

Periodically check the router's web interface for available firmware updates. Keeping the firmware updated ensures optimal performance and security. Follow the instructions provided within the web interface for updating.

7.3 Resetting the Device

To restore the router to its factory default settings, use a pointed object (like a paperclip) to press and hold the Reset button on the rear panel for approximately 5-10 seconds while the device is powered on. Release the button when the indicator lights flash. The router will restart with factory settings.
