Safety Information

Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your Theragun G3 device. Connect the power adapter to the charging port and plug it into a wall outlet. The LED indicator lights will show the charging status. Ensure the device is placed on a flat, stable surface during charging.

2. Attaching the Treatment Heads

The Theragun G3 comes with various precisely designed attachments for different muscle groups and treatment needs. To attach a head, align it with the device's arm and push firmly until it clicks into place. To remove, pull the head straight out.

  • Dampener: For tender areas or near bones.
  • Cone: For pinpoint muscle treatment, including feet and hands.
  • Thumb: For lower back and trigger points.
  • Standard Ball: For general use on large and small muscle groups.

Operating Instructions

1. Powering On/Off

To power on the device, press and hold the power button until the device starts. To power off, press and hold the power button again until the device stops.

2. Adjusting Speed

The Theragun G3 features two speed settings. Press the speed button to toggle between the standard speed and a lighter speed for sensitive areas.

3. Application

Apply the device to the desired body area for deep muscle treatment. The ergonomic design allows for comfortable and secure use, enabling you to reach various areas of your body. Move the device slowly over muscles, applying light to moderate pressure. The percussive therapy helps in fast, effective release of tightness, knots, and spasms, accelerating muscle activation and recovery.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

Wipe the device with a clean, damp cloth after each use. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure the device is completely dry before storing.

2. Storage

Store the Theragun G3 in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep it in its original case or a protective bag to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting

Device Not Turning On or Unexpected Shutdown

  • Battery Level: Ensure the device is sufficiently charged. If the LED lights are blinking or indicate low battery, charge the device fully.
  • Overheating: If the device has been used for an extended period, it may shut down to prevent overheating. Allow it to cool down completely before attempting to use it again.
  • Excessive Pressure: Applying too much pressure during use can sometimes cause the device to shut off as a safety measure. Reduce pressure and try again.

Unusual Noises or Vibrations

  • Ensure the attachment head is securely fastened.
  • Check for any obstructions around the percussive arm.
