Setup

2. Attaching the Treatment Heads
The Theragun G3 comes with various precisely designed attachments for different muscle groups and treatment needs. To attach a head, align it with the device's arm and push firmly until it clicks into place. To remove, pull the head straight out.
- Dampener: For tender areas or near bones.
- Cone: For pinpoint muscle treatment, including feet and hands.
- Thumb: For lower back and trigger points.
- Standard Ball: For general use on large and small muscle groups.

Operating Instructions
1. Powering On/Off
To power on the device, press and hold the power button until the device starts. To power off, press and hold the power button again until the device stops.

The Theragun G3 features two speed settings. Press the speed button to toggle between the standard speed and a lighter speed for sensitive areas.
