- Using a Power Adapter: Connect a compatible DC 7.2V-12V power adapter (not included) to the DC power interface (6) on the back of the light.
- Using a Battery: Insert a charged Sony NP-F Series Li-ion battery (e.g., NP-F950, not included) into the battery holder (2) until it clicks into place. Ensure the battery is securely seated.
Mounting the Light
- On-Camera Mounting: Slide the hot shoe holder (11) onto your camera's hot shoe mount. Tighten the fixed button (7) to secure the light.
- Tripod/Light Stand Mounting: Attach the 1/4 screw hole (1) at the bottom of the light to a compatible tripod or light stand. Rotate the light to secure it.
Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off
Flip the power switch (4) to the 'ON' position to turn on the light. Flip it to 'OFF' to power down.
Adjusting Brightness (Luminance)
Rotate the intensity control button (8) to adjust the brightness level from 10% to 100%.
Adjusting Color Temperature
The MK-Y600C uses physical filters to change color temperature. It supports 3200K (warm) and 5500K (daylight) settings.
