2. Cleaning the TV Body

Wipe the TV's frame and stand with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.

3. Remote Control Care

Keep the remote control dry and clean. Replace batteries when they are depleted. If the remote is unresponsive, try replacing the batteries first.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your TV, refer to the following common solutions:

ProblemPossible Solution
No power
  • Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the TV and a working electrical outlet.
  • Check if the outlet is functional by plugging in another device.
  • Press the power button on the TV itself, not just the remote.
No picture or sound
  • Verify that the correct input source is selected (e.g., HDMI 1, Cable/ANT).
  • Check all cable connections between the TV and external devices.
  • Ensure external devices are powered on.
  • Adjust the volume.
Remote control not working
  • Replace the batteries with fresh AAA batteries.
  • Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the TV's IR sensor.
  • Point the remote directly at the TV.
  • If the "OK" button requires strong pressure, consider replacing the remote or contacting support.
Network connection issues
  • Restart your Wi-Fi router and modem.
  • Go to the Roku TV settings and re-establish the wireless connection.
  • If using a wired connection, ensure the Ethernet cable is securely connected.
Poor sound quality from certain apps (e.g., Netflix)
