1. Important Safeguards

3. Setup

- Clean Before First Use: Wash the removable ceramic pot and tempered glass lid in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the exterior of the slow cooker base with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water.
- Placement: Place the slow cooker on a flat, level, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or cabinets to allow for proper ventilation.
- Assemble: Place the clean ceramic pot into the slow cooker base.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Cooking with Your Slow Cooker
- Prepare your ingredients and place them into the removable ceramic pot. Do not overfill the pot; leave at least one inch of space from the rim.
- Place the tempered glass lid securely on the ceramic pot.
- Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet. The power indicator light will illuminate.
- Turn the control knob to your desired setting: 'LOW', 'HIGH', or 'KEEP WARM'.
- LOW: For slow, gentle cooking over a longer period. Ideal for tenderizing meats and developing rich flavors.
- HIGH: For faster cooking. Use when you need to cook a meal in a shorter timeframe.
- KEEP WARM: Maintains food at a serving temperature after cooking is complete. Do not use this setting for cooking raw food.
- Allow the food to cook for the recommended time. Refer to your recipe for specific cooking durations.
- When cooking is complete, turn the control knob to 'OFF' and unplug the slow cooker from the outlet.
- Use oven mitts when handling the hot ceramic pot or lid. The cool-touch handles on the base unit are designed to remain cooler during operation, but caution is still advised.

5. Care and Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
