1. Introduction

This appliance is designed to simplify meal preparation and serving, allowing you to cook and keep multiple dishes warm simultaneously. The Sunvivi Triple Slow Cooker Buffet Server features three independent 1.5-quart oval ceramic pots, each with its own temperature control. The unit is designed with a sleek black and silver finish, ideal for serving multiple dishes.

2. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

  • Read all instructions before operating the appliance.
  • Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
  • To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse the cord, plugs, or heating base in water or other liquid.
  • Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
  • Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.

  • Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "OFF", then remove plug from wall outlet.
  • Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
  • Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as adding refrigerated foods into a heated pot.
  • Note: Avoid touching crocks with hands immediately after cooking as they will be hot.

4. Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Clean: Before first use, wash the ceramic pots, glass lids, and serving spoons in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the heating base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the heating base in water.
  3. Placement: Place the heating base on a stable, heat-resistant, and dry surface, away from the edge of the counter. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.
  4. Assemble: Place the three ceramic pots into the designated heating wells on the base. Position the lid rests behind each pot.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Filling the Pots

  • Add your desired food items to each of the 1.5-quart ceramic pots.
  • Do not overfill the pots; leave sufficient space for the lid to close properly.

5.2 Temperature Control

Each pot has an independent control knob with four settings:

  • OFF: Turns the heating element off.
  • LOW: For slow cooking and gentle warming over an extended period.
  • HIGH: For faster cooking or bringing food to temperature quickly.
  • WARM: Maintains food at a safe serving temperature after cooking.
  1. Plug the appliance into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
  2. Turn each control knob to the desired setting (LOW, HIGH, or WARM) for each individual pot.
  3. Place the tempered glass lids on top of the ceramic pots.
  4. Monitor cooking progress through the clear glass lids.
  5. Once cooking is complete, turn the knob to the WARM setting to keep food ready for serving, or to OFF to turn off the unit.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

6.1 Cleaning

  3. Wipe the exterior of the heating base with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
  4. Never immerse the heating base in water or any other liquid.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Unit not heating: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet and the control knobs are set to a heating function (LOW, HIGH, or WARM).
  • Food not cooking evenly: Stir food occasionally, especially when cooking on the LOW setting for extended periods. Ensure the lid is properly seated to retain heat.
  • Lid does not fit properly: Check if the ceramic pot is correctly seated in the heating well and if there is any obstruction preventing the lid from closing.
  • Excessive condensation under lid: This is normal during slow cooking. The steam vent in the lid helps to release some moisture.
