5.1 Manual Control

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your Anova Precision Cooker Pro.
- Unplug: Always unplug the cooker and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Disassemble: The stainless steel skirt and pump cap can be detached for thorough cleaning. Twist the skirt counter-clockwise to remove it.
- Clean Components: Wash the stainless steel skirt and pump cap with warm, soapy water. Use a soft brush to remove any food residue or mineral deposits from the heating coil and pump impeller.
- Wipe Main Unit: Wipe the main body of the cooker with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the electronic head in water.
