Setup Guide

Connecting the Headset

1. Locate the 3.5mm audio jack on your PC, console controller (PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X & S, Nintendo Switch), or mobile device.
2. Insert the 3.5mm audio cable from the Razer Kraken headset firmly into the audio jack.
3. Ensure the connection is secure to prevent audio interruptions.

Adjusting the Headset

• Headband Adjustment: Gently slide the earcups up or down along the headband to find a comfortable fit that rests securely on your head.
• Microphone Positioning: Pull out the retractable microphone from the left earcup. Bend the flexible microphone boom to position the microphone close to your mouth for optimal voice pickup.

Audio Controls

The Razer Kraken headset features in-line audio controls located on the cable for convenient access.

• Volume Wheel: Rotate the scroll wheel up or down to increase or decrease the audio volume.
• Microphone Mute Switch: Slide the switch to mute or unmute the microphone. When muted, the microphone will not pick up sound.
