4.3 Battery Information

The K2 is equipped with a large 4000 mAh battery, providing up to 72 hours of typing time or 7 days of normal use (assuming 8 hours per day) on a single charge. To charge, connect the USB Type-C cable to a power source. The keyboard can be used in wired mode while charging.

5. Troubleshooting

  • Keyboard not connecting via Bluetooth: Ensure the keyboard is in Bluetooth mode and pairing mode (Fn1 + 1/2/3 held for 4 seconds). Check your device's Bluetooth settings and try re-pairing. Ensure the keyboard battery is not critically low.
  • Keys not responding: Verify the keyboard is powered on and connected (wired or Bluetooth). If in wired mode, check the cable connection. If in Bluetooth mode, ensure it's paired and within range. Try restarting the keyboard.
  • Backlight issues: Use the backlight key or Fn key combinations to cycle through modes and adjust brightness. If the backlight is completely off, check battery level.
  • Incorrect key functions (Mac/Windows): Ensure the OS toggle switch on the side of the keyboard is set to the correct operating system.
