• Ultra HD 4K output & Triple display: Mirror or extend your screen with the USB C adapter HDMI port and directly stream 4K UHD or full HD 1080P video to HDTV, monitors, or projectors for a cinema-like visual feast. Windows system supports Triple display. Connecting single HDMI supports up to 4K@30Hz and dual external monitor supports up to 1920x1080@60Hz on Windows.
• Mirror/Non-Mirror Mode on Mac OS system: MAC OS system does not support MST. You can enjoy one private display content on your laptop and share all external monitors with another display content. Dual HDMI supports up to 4K(3840x2160@30Hz) on MAC OS system. The resolution is 1920x1080@60Hz when using VGA.
• High-speed charging: Support PD charging up to 100W. This USB-C hub provides one Type-C pass-through Female port by which you could securely charge your laptop while connecting multiple peripherals for data transferring and worry-free power storage. Setup Guide

1. Connecting the Hub

Connect the integrated USB-C cable from the TOTU 13-in-1 Hub to the USB-C port on your laptop or compatible device. Ensure the connection is secure.

2. Power Delivery (PD) Charging

To charge your laptop through the hub, connect your laptop's original USB-C power adapter to the PD3.0 charging port on the hub. The hub supports up to 100W power delivery, allowing simultaneous charging and peripheral use.

3. Data Transfer

Utilize the two USB 3.0 ports for high-speed data transfer (up to 5 Gbps) with external hard drives, USB flash drives, or other USB 3.0 compatible devices. The two USB 2.0 ports are suitable for connecting peripherals like keyboards, mice, or older USB devices (up to 480Mbps).

The integrated SD and TF (microSD) card readers allow for quick and easy transfer of photos and videos from your camera or other devices directly to your computer.

4. Network Connection

For a stable and fast wired internet connection, connect an Ethernet cable to the RJ-45 Gigabit Ethernet port on the hub. This supports 10/100/1000Mbps network speeds, ideal for reliable online activities.

5. Audio Connection

The Mic/Audio port (3.5mm jack) allows you to connect headphones, speakers, or a microphone for audio input and output. This is particularly useful for devices that lack a dedicated audio jack.

Operating Instructions: Display Setup

Windows System Display Configuration

The TOTU 13-in-1 Hub supports triple display output on Windows systems via its two HDMI ports and one VGA port. You can configure your displays for mirroring or extending your desktop.

To configure display settings:

1. Connect your external monitors to the HDMI and/or VGA ports on the hub.
2. Press the Windows key + P on your keyboard to open the Project menu.
3. Select your desired display mode:
   • Duplicate: Shows the same content on all connected displays.
   • Extend: Expands your desktop across all connected displays, allowing for more workspace.
   • Second screen only: Displays content only on the external monitor(s), with the laptop screen turned off.
4. For advanced settings, right-click on your desktop and select Display settings or open Intel UHD Graphics Control Panel (if applicable) to arrange displays, change resolutions, and set primary monitors.

Mac OS System Display Configuration

Mac OS systems do not support Multi-Stream Transport (MST), meaning you cannot extend your desktop to three independent external displays simultaneously. However, you can still use mirror mode or extend your desktop to two external displays while mirroring the third or having a unique display on your laptop.

To configure display settings on Mac OS:

1. Connect your external monitors to the HDMI and/or VGA ports on the hub.
2. Go to System Preferences > Displays.
3. In the Arrangement tab, you can drag the display icons to arrange them as desired.
4. Check the Mirror Displays box for mirror mode, or uncheck it for extended desktop.
5. For extension display, do not click the Mirror displays in "setting".

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the hub. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Storage: When not in use, store the hub in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The included velvet carrying pouch can be used for protection.
• Handling: Avoid dropping or subjecting the hub to strong impacts. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself.

Troubleshooting

• No Display Output:
  • Ensure your laptop's USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode).
  • Check all cable connections (USB-C to hub, HDMI/VGA to monitor).
  • Try restarting your laptop and reconnecting the hub.
  • Update your graphics drivers to the latest version.
• Intermittent Connectivity:
  • Ensure the hub is receiving sufficient power, especially when multiple power-hungry devices are connected.
  • Avoid placing the hub near strong electromagnetic interference sources.
  • If using USB 3.0 devices, change to another USB 2.0 port or change your WiFi to 5G to resolve interference between USB 3.0 and 2.4GHz WiFi.
• Charging Issues:
  • Verify that your laptop's USB-C port supports Power Delivery (PD) protocol.
  • Use a compatible USB-C PD charger and cable.
• Audio Not Working:
  • Check your computer's sound settings to ensure the correct audio output device (USB PnP Audio Device) is selected.
  • Ensure your audio cables are securely connected.
