4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking and Inspection
- Carefully unpack all components from the shipping crate.

4.2 Assembly
- Position the main lift assembly on a clean, level, and stable concrete surface.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Lifting a Vehicle

- Ensure the area around the lift is clear of obstructions and personnel.
- Press and hold the 'UP' button on the power unit to raise the lift. Monitor the vehicle's stability as it rises.
- Raise the lift to the desired working height.
- Once at the desired height, lower the lift slightly onto the mechanical safety locks. Ensure both sides are securely engaged.
- Before working under the vehicle, gently shake the vehicle to confirm it is stable and securely resting on the safety locks.
5.2 Lowering a Vehicle
- Ensure all tools and personnel are clear from under and around the vehicle.
- Slightly raise the lift by pressing the 'UP' button to disengage the safety locks.
- Pull the safety lock release handle(s) to disengage the mechanical locks.
- Slowly open the hydraulic release valve on the power unit to lower the lift. Control the descent speed carefully.
- Once the lift is fully lowered, retract the arms and carefully drive the vehicle off the lift.
