4. Operating Instructions
The food processor is designed for simple operation with two speed modes:
- Prepare your ingredients by cutting them into smaller, manageable pieces if necessary.
- Place the ingredients into the stainless steel bowl. Do not overfill; ensure the lid can close properly.
- Secure the lid and motor unit as described in the Setup section.
- Select the desired speed by pressing one of the two buttons on top of the motor unit:
- Button I (Slow Speed): Ideal for meat and harder ingredients.
- Button II (Fast Speed): Recommended for vegetables and fruits.
- Press and hold the button to operate. Release the button to stop. For best results, use short pulses rather than continuous operation, especially for tougher ingredients.
- Do not operate continuously for more than 40 seconds. Allow the unit to rest for a while before resuming operation to prevent overheating.
- Once processing is complete, unplug the unit, carefully remove the motor unit and lid, and then remove the processed food.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and hygiene of your food processor:
- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- The unit can be disassembled for easy cleaning. The stainless steel bowl, lid, and chopping blade are dishwasher safe.
- Alternatively, these components can be hand washed with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately to prevent water spots or corrosion.
- The motor unit should never be immersed in water. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
- Exercise extreme caution when handling the chopping blades as they are very sharp.
- Store the appliance in a dry place when not in use.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your food processor, consider the following common solutions:
- Appliance does not turn on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Verify that the motor unit is correctly seated on the lid and the lid is properly aligned with the bowl.
- Ingredients are not chopping evenly: Do not overfill the bowl. Cut larger ingredients into smaller, uniform pieces. Use the pulse function to achieve desired consistency.
- Motor sounds strained or stops: This may indicate overloading. Reduce the amount of ingredients in the bowl. Allow the motor to cool down if it has been running continuously for an extended period.
- Excessive vibration or noise: Ensure the appliance is placed on a stable, flat surface and the rubber mat is in place. Check that all components are correctly assembled and secured.
