1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Diablo X-Ray Gaming Chair. Please read this manual thoroughly before assembly and use to ensure proper function and safety. Keep this manual for future reference.

2. Safety Information

• Ensure all components are present and undamaged before assembly. Do not use if any parts are missing or damaged.
• Assemble the chair on a soft, flat surface to prevent damage to the chair or floor.
• Do not stand on the chair. Use it only for sitting.
• The maximum weight capacity for this chair is 150 kg (approximately 330 lbs). Do not exceed this limit.

4. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your Diablo X-Ray Gaming Chair:

1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the five-star base. Push firmly until they click into place.
2. Install Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the five-star base.
3. Attach Tilt Mechanism: Secure the tilt mechanism to the underside of the seat base using the provided screws. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat.
4. Attach Armrests: Fasten the armrests to the seat base using the designated screws. Ensure they are securely tightened.
5. Connect Seat to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat onto the gas lift cylinder.
6. Attach Backrest to Seat: Align the backrest with the mounting brackets on the seat base and secure it with the remaining screws.
7. Install Side Covers: Snap the plastic side covers over the backrest mounting brackets to conceal the screws.
8. Position Pillows: Attach the lumbar support pillow and magnetic headrest pillow to the chair as desired for ergonomic support.

5. Operating Instructions

Your Diablo X-Ray Gaming Chair offers several adjustment options for personalized comfort:

5.1. Seat Height Adjustment (Tilttech Butterfly System)

To adjust the seat height, locate the lever on the right side beneath the seat. Pull the lever up while sitting on the chair to lower it, or stand up and pull the lever up to raise it. Release the lever at the desired height.

5.2. Backrest Recline (Tilttech Gear)

The backrest can be reclined independently. Locate the lever on the right side of the chair, near the backrest. Pull the lever up to unlock the recline mechanism, adjust the backrest to your preferred angle, and then push the lever down to lock it in place.

5.3. Rocking Function (Tilttech Swing)

To enable the rocking function, pull the lever on the left side beneath the seat outwards. To disable it, push the lever inwards. The tension of the rocking mechanism can be adjusted by turning the round knob located at the front underside of the seat.

5.4. 4D Armrest Adjustment (Armtech Quatro SoftTouch)

The armrests are adjustable in four dimensions: height, forward/backward, left/right, and rotation. Use the buttons and levers on the armrests to make these adjustments. Press the side button for height adjustment. Slide the top pad for forward/backward and left/right movement. Rotate the top pad for angular adjustment.

5.5. Lumbar Support and Headrest

The chair includes a large lumbar support pillow and a magnetic headrest pillow. The lumbar pillow can be positioned to support your lower back. The magnetic headrest provides stable cervical support and can be adjusted vertically by sliding it along the backrest.

6. Maintenance

6.1. Cleaning

The chair is made of synthetic leather (HDS and HDS Air perforated). For cleaning, use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap and water. Spot clean only. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or excessive moisture, as these can damage the material. Dry thoroughly after cleaning.

6.2. General Care

• Periodically check all screws and bolts and tighten them if necessary to maintain stability.
• Inspect the casters for any debris or hair that might impede smooth movement. Clean as needed.
• Avoid placing heavy objects on the armrests or backrest when not in use.

7. Troubleshooting

• Chair is wobbly: Check all screws and bolts, especially those connecting the backrest to the seat and the armrests. Tighten any loose fasteners. Ensure the gas lift is properly seated in the base.
• Gas lift not adjusting height: Ensure the height adjustment lever is fully engaged or disengaged. If the issue persists, the gas lift cylinder may need replacement.
• Backrest not reclining or locking: Verify that the recline lever is functioning correctly and not obstructed. Ensure no foreign objects are preventing the mechanism from engaging.
• Casters not rolling smoothly: Remove any hair, dust, or debris from the caster wheels. Lubricate if necessary with a silicone-based spray.
• Squeaking noises: Apply a small amount of silicone lubricant to moving parts, such as the tilt mechanism, gas lift, and caster stems.
