Assembly and Setup
Follow these steps to assemble and prepare your pressure washer for first use:
- Attach the Handle: Secure the handle to the main unit using the provided hardware.
- Install Wheels: Attach the 12-inch wheels to the axle.
- Add Engine Oil: Remove the oil fill cap/dipstick and carefully add the recommended 4-stroke engine oil (30W for temperatures above 40°F) until it reaches the full mark. Do not overfill.

- Connect Water Supply: Connect a garden hose to the water inlet on the pump. Ensure the water supply is turned on fully before starting the engine to prevent pump damage.
- Attach Nozzle: Select the desired quick-connect nozzle and insert it into the end of the spray wand until it clicks into place.

Operation
Starting the Engine:
- Ensure the fuel valve is in the "ON" position.
- Move the choke lever to the "CHOKE" position (for cold starts).
- Turn the engine switch to the "ON" position.
- Pull the recoil starter handle firmly until the engine starts.
- Once the engine starts, gradually move the choke lever to the "RUN" position.

Using the Pressure Washer:
- With the engine running, squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to begin spraying.
- Adjust the distance and angle of the spray to suit the cleaning task.
- For detergent application, use the black soap nozzle and ensure the detergent tank is filled.
Shutting Down:
- Release the spray gun trigger.
- Turn the engine switch to the "OFF" position.
- Turn off the fuel valve.
- Turn off the water supply.
- Squeeze the spray gun trigger to release any remaining pressure in the system.
Nozzle Selection Guide
The WEN PW3100 includes five quick-connect nozzles, each designed for specific cleaning tasks:
- 0° Red Nozzle (Pencil Jet): Provides a concentrated, high-impact stream for tough spots and stubborn stains. Use with extreme caution as it can damage surfaces.
- 15° Yellow Nozzle (Chisel Tip): Offers a powerful, narrow spray for stripping paint, removing grease, and cleaning metal surfaces.
- 25° Green Nozzle (Fan Spray): A versatile, medium-intensity spray suitable for general cleaning of wood, siding, brick, and concrete.
- 40° White Nozzle (Wide Fan Spray): Delivers a gentle, wide spray for cleaning delicate surfaces like patio furniture, boats, and cars.

Maintenance
