Assembly and Setup

Follow these steps to assemble and prepare your pressure washer for first use:

  1. Attach the Handle: Secure the handle to the main unit using the provided hardware.
  2. Install Wheels: Attach the 12-inch wheels to the axle.
  3. Add Engine Oil: Remove the oil fill cap/dipstick and carefully add the recommended 4-stroke engine oil (30W for temperatures above 40°F) until it reaches the full mark. Do not overfill.
  4. Add Fuel: Fill the fuel tank with fresh, unleaded gasoline (E-10 or better is recommended). Do not use E85.
  5. Connect High-Pressure Hose: Attach one end of the high-pressure hose to the pump outlet and the other end to the spray gun. Ensure connections are secure.
  6. Connect Water Supply: Connect a garden hose to the water inlet on the pump. Ensure the water supply is turned on fully before starting the engine to prevent pump damage.
  7. Attach Nozzle: Select the desired quick-connect nozzle and insert it into the end of the spray wand until it clicks into place.

Operation

Starting the Engine:

  1. Ensure the fuel valve is in the "ON" position.
  2. Move the choke lever to the "CHOKE" position (for cold starts).
  3. Turn the engine switch to the "ON" position.
  4. Pull the recoil starter handle firmly until the engine starts.
  5. Once the engine starts, gradually move the choke lever to the "RUN" position.

Using the Pressure Washer:

Shutting Down:

  1. Release the spray gun trigger.
  2. Turn the engine switch to the "OFF" position.
  3. Turn off the fuel valve.
  4. Turn off the water supply.
  5. Squeeze the spray gun trigger to release any remaining pressure in the system.
