Setup

Powering On/Off

To power on your earbuds, press and hold the power button on both earbuds for 3 to 5 seconds until you hear the "powering on" message. Allow a few moments for the earbuds to pair with each other automatically.

To power off, press and hold the power button on both earbuds until you hear the "powering off" message. Alternatively, placing them back into the charging case will automatically power them off and begin charging.

Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure both earbuds are powered on and have paired with each other. The LED indicator light on the left earbud will flash red and blue, indicating it's ready for device pairing.
  2. Open the Bluetooth device manager on your smartphone or audio device.
  3. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "True Connect" from the list.
  4. Once successfully paired, the left earbud's LED indicator will flash blue slowly. You are now ready to use your earbuds.

Voice Assistant

To activate your smartphone's voice assistant (Siri or Google Assistant), press and hold the power button on either earbud for 3 seconds. You can then issue voice commands through the earbuds.

Charging

Charging the Earbuds

Place the earbuds into their respective slots in the charging case. The LED indicator on each earbud will illuminate red, indicating they are charging. Once fully charged, the LED light will turn off. A full charge typically takes up to 2 hours. The charging case can provide up to 3 extra charges for your earbuds.

Charging the Case

Connect the provided Micro USB charging cable to the Micro USB port on the charging case. Plug the other end of the cable into a USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port). The charging indicator on the case will show its charging status.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

ProblemSolution
Earbuds not pairing with each other.Ensure both earbuds are powered on simultaneously. Place them back in the case, close the lid, then open and remove them to reset the connection.
Earbuds not connecting to phone.Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Forget "True Connect" in your phone's Bluetooth settings and attempt to re-pair. Ensure earbuds are fully charged.
No sound or low volume.Check volume levels on both your earbuds and your connected device. Ensure earbuds are properly seated in your ears. Clean ear tips if necessary.
Charging case not charging.Verify the Micro USB cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Try a different USB port or power adapter.
Earbuds not charging in case.Ensure earbuds are correctly seated in the charging slots. Check if the charging case itself has sufficient battery. Clean charging contacts on both earbuds and case.
