Setup and Assembly

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and place them on a clean, flat surface.
2. Assemble Pole: Screw the lower pole section into the lamp base until secure. Then, screw the middle pole section into the lower pole, followed by the upper pole section (with the main lamp head) into the middle pole. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent wobbling.
3. Attach Gooseneck Lamp: The adjustable gooseneck task lamp is typically pre-attached to the upper pole section. If not, follow the specific instructions provided in your product's packaging to secure it.
4. Install Shades: Place the frosted main lamp shade onto the main lamp head. Secure the frosted task lamp shade onto the gooseneck task lamp.
5. Install Light Bulbs:
   • For the main lamp: Insert one 100-Watt, 3-way incandescent bulb or a compatible CFL/LED equivalent (not included).
   • For the task lamp: Insert one 60-Watt incandescent bulb or a compatible CFL/LED equivalent (not included).

   Note: Ensure bulbs are fully screwed in but not overtightened. Do not exceed the maximum wattage specified.

6. Position Lamp: Place the assembled lamp on a stable, level surface.
7. Connect to Power: Plug the lamp's power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

This Mother/Daughter Floor Lamp features independent touch switches for each light source, allowing for versatile illumination.

• Main Lamp (Uplight): The main lamp provides ambient light. It typically features a 3-way touch switch. Touch the switch once for low light, a second time for medium light, a third time for high light, and a fourth time to turn it off.
• Task Lamp (Gooseneck): The adjustable gooseneck task lamp provides focused light for reading or other activities. It has its own touch switch. Touch the switch once to turn it on, and again to turn it off. The gooseneck can be adjusted to direct light precisely where needed.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Disconnect power before cleaning. Wipe the lamp's silver finish and shades with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the finish.
